Refund policy
All sales are final, except for books that arrive damaged or misprinted, or an order we can’t fill.
Damaged or misprinted books
If your book arrives damaged, or has a printing error (missing, repeated or badly printed pages), email us at soonertales2026@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.
We will send you a replacement copy or refund the price of that book to your original payment method.
If we can’t fill your order
If for any reason we can’t fill your presale order, we will refund it in full.
Other returns
Because every sale is final, we can’t accept returns or give refunds for books that arrive in good condition, including presale orders.
Where the money goes
Your purchase buys a book from our student company. Profits are what’s left after we cover the costs of making and selling the book.
